1. Engagement & Services
These Terms and Conditions govern your engagement with OmaVideos ("Company", "we", "us") for video creation, editing, motion design, and digital marketing creative services. By submitting a project proposal, completing an order, or paying an invoice, you accept these Terms in full.
2. Deliverables & Turnaround Times
OmaVideos provides video deliverables in accordance with the selected package or custom statement of work. Standard turnaround times are 5 business days for initial review drafts. If Express 48-Hour delivery was purchased, drafts are provided within 48 business hours from receipt of all required client footage, creative assets, and written brief approvals.
3. Intellectual Property & Commercial Rights
Upon receipt of full payment for the applicable billing period or project invoice, client receives 100% full, exclusive, perpetual, and worldwide commercial rights to the final rendered video deliverables. OmaVideos retains the right to display non-confidential deliverables in its creative portfolio and promotional materials unless a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been executed.
4. Revisions & Scope
Each package includes designated revision iterations as specified in the service agreement. Revisions include adjustments to text overlays, pacing, music timing, and color correction within the original creative scope. Fundamental changes to script concepts, core product angles, or new footage filming post-production may incur additional editing fees.
5. Cancellation & Retainer Terms
Monthly retainer services operate on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled with 14 calendar days written notice before the next scheduled billing cycle.
